That's a haunting melody, Polly. I enjoyed listening. The lyric is tight and interesting. It didn't grab me because of the religious theme (I'm not very religious) but I can appreciate that it's well written. There's quite a few folks here with a more religious outlook. It'll be interesting to hear what they think.

Thanks @gavin. Well, even people who aren't religious these days are kinda wondering. But I know, not everyone can relate to my religious songs.

I use GarageBand, and a not very expensive microphone.

I know, thanks. But I mostly do simple one-track recordings, because I want to know how I sound at open mics. I have done a lot of multi-track, because I like to add other instruments. But for now I just want to know how I sound.
