In the spotlight this month is Charlotte, North Carolina band “Foley & The Falling Bassmen,” featuring Michael Avery, one of our newest members on guitar and vocals. The band recently played a “Tiny Stage Concert,” a rite of passage for the area’s finest musical talent.
