OK so this one is a little dark. The song isn't released yet but it will be on our upcoming album.

SOUL TO KEEP

INTRO

Now I lay me down to sleep

I pray the Lord my soul to keep

Guide me through the starry night

And wake me with the morning light

VERSE 1:

Night falls. I go to sleep.

Dreams come but I get no peace

Black thoughts that mess with my brain

Day plays on a loop in vain

Lessons learned so close to none

That innocence is all but gone

Poor choices and regrets

Let me out!

I want to wake up!

CHORUS:

Save me!

These hands are unclean

Save me!

This soul worth keeping

VERSE 2:

Dark dreams reflect a dark day

Haunting visions of man's decay

Told the torment would come to an end

When we choose the Word and repent

Nothing ventured; nothing gained

Walk the path or accept our fate

Chained to the shadow Eden's greed

The world's a prison and there's only one key (to)

CHORUS

Save me!

These hands are unclean

Save me!

CHORUS

Save me!

These hands are unclean

Save me!

This soul worth keeping

Save me!

I'm ransomed. Redeemed.

Save me!

This soul worth keeping

Hello John,

Not really so dark at all, chorus is good.  One might say this is a "Metal/Gospel song".  Good luck and best wishes,

Love the spooky atmosphere at the beginning. The chorus is really good too, the way it suddenly applies the brake to the driving beat. I think this is one of my favorite E&S songs. Also, you both look great in the video.

I may or may not be an enigma

This for me is a diabolic music.
I always liked this kind of music very much
Because within them there is always a kind of fantasy that is always appreciated by people who value the imagination in the works
The video is also very good, because it has that hard point that causes respect and fear.
Very good work

I like very much dark music, I consider myself a dark woman, but I don't reach it totally hahaha!!!

Good song, good lyrics. As Gavin said, you look fine both! hahaha

great video.

The bad part of the doubt is that it has no face
