A happy love song...sweet.

What is it about you Canadians and the tropics LOL? Neil does a great job of snowbird trop-rock, and Guy, whenever you reach for your ukulele, I am transported to a world of palm trees and swaying hips in grass skirts. It's a sweet sound.

A couple of minor suggestions.

 In the line "She's made of energy, full of good intention," the stress on the "-er-" in "energy sounds awkward. This would be solved by stressing the first word "She," allowing the next stress to fall on "en-" which sounds a lot more natural. 

"She's a truly work of art" should be "She's truly a work of art."

Gavin noted the 'truly' item. It could say, 'She's a true work of art' or 'She's truly a work of art'.
A flaw often cited is the switch from the Singer Character speaking to the audience about 'her' and speaking directly to 'her', the Love-Interest Character, Patty. This Lyric does that but I think it can work that way. Could it be changed to speaking directly to her?
