I agree Gavin, it's hot in the kitchen! But, honestly, I've never known Peter to be so..... Dismissive ? 

I am amazed at the sheer mentality of some of these replies I look up a song , and give an honest critique
On a few obvious flaws , hoping it may benefit the Writer?

Then we get the rather rude reply from the guy who wrote the lyric, stating “ Its something easy to fix “

My answer if its so easy to fix ? why not give us the finished version in the first place , That way I would possibly not have had the need to critique in the first place

Comes in and states You have some very good sound recordings there and you are definitely old school
Okay I can imagine that ,and from the writers short
And uneducated wording I can also believe that those songs are equally bloody awful

Songwriter Junction states we can help you improve your songs ??? well all I see is from comments like “Hope to hear this one recorded” that in itself encourages someone to waste more money on recording a lyric that shows promise but in no way the finished article

Sorry to see you go. The fact that we are world's apart on some things never stopped me from appreciating your input at SW101 or here.

Just for the record Peter, I've always appreciated the fact that you come around with nothing to sell... despite your years of experience. All benefit of the doubt withstanding, I think you're having a "knee jerk" reaction to something here that the rest of us just aren’t following. Yea, I've noticed AFTL can be a bit short at times... and he's certainly the very serious and intense sort, but he’s new among us. It would be a shame if YOU don’t stick around long enough to witness that enthusiasm redirected by good old-fashon trial and error ? 

Peter you certainly read me the riot act more than once but i took it personally. Sorry to see you leaving. Its like having one petty arguement ruin a marriage. Forgive , forget, move on.
