Been jamming a lot of frank recently. The first bit of this is sort of a tribute, in that it's derived from his lyrics. It's really more just about society being bland and unoriginal. Kind of trippy I think, probably ironically unoriginal 😛

here's the song

and here are the lyrics!

Sigh Anatra

Fly me to the moon

God knows these days it's not that far

At least that's what all the people say

I guess that's how it goes but Joe ya know I wish I had a bit tuh sit amongst the stars

Now I'm getting kinda anxious

these vagabond shoes these dirty soaking boots

They're slowly itching me to the start

And so I'm leaving today

But I'm not heading the way

Of New York New York

I'd rather fly to the moon

So I can sit in the dark

Where the silence of news

Can let the ears hear the beat of the heart

And the mind light a spark and let me carry my tune through the dark

Where city lights don't shine bright enough to keep it all apart

And where the end of the line's never heard of the start

And where I'm far enough away so I can laugh a little bit at when you tear it all apart

You're gonna tear it apart

Im gonna stand back so far

I won't be sure I've ever heard of New York

Of course I'm nothing to you

And if I get my pick to move

I'm choosing water over you

And I'm not talking Central Park

I mean society at large

I'd rather fly to the moon

So I can sit in the dark

Where the silence of news

Can let the ears hear the beat of the heart

And the mind light a spark and let me carry my tune through the dark

Where city lights don't shine bright enough to keep it all apart

And where the end of the line's never heard of the start

And where I'm far enough away so I can laugh a little bit at when you tear it all apart

You're gonna tear it apart

Im gonna stand back so far

I won't be sure I've ever heard of New York
