Hold me in your arms

My soul is old My soul is tired

Cast away these doubts I hide

deep inside the truth resides

hold me in your arms Tonight

Find a place to testify

Climb the mountain touch the sky

Feel the warmth of gods embrace

help me Chase my fears away

I cannot deny I need a place

Just to Rest my Worried soul

Leave behind these troubled Times

So, hold me in your arms tonight

So, in one fit of rage

Seems I threw it all away

The life I love Gone instantly

As I close my eyes

it drifts away

If I fall from this mountain top

I have stumbled, But I have tried

The tears I shed Like falling rain

Hold me in your arms again

I cannot deny I need a place

Just to Rest my Worried soul

Leave behind these troubled Times

So, hold me in your arms tonight

I like this a lot. There are other here who can probably offer more constructive feedback of a song with a religious theme, but I like the sincerity that comes across almost like an old spiritual. If I were to make one suggestion it would be to try changing the second and fourth verses by removing the brief guitar interval t the end of each line and launch straight into the next one, thus adding a bit of variety and turning it into a pre-chorus. I'm not sure that the result would be an improvement, just something that occurred to me as worth trying and seeing how it sounds.

I may or may not be an enigma

I thought about that, Its an easy mod on the tracks. I will see how that works.

I think the way it is, is because that's how it came out... If you get that...

Thax input is what I am looking for.
