Home Run
Standing here at the home plate
Trying to get a home run with you.
Strike one and I see you look down......
I dig into the ground holding my bat.
Trying to get a home run for you.
Strike two and I see you look down again
Swinging my bat ready to go.
Trying to get a home run for us
Strike three and I see you walking away.
But don't you know that I love you.
Or is it just a game to you.
But can't you see how much I' love you.
In mydreams it's always a home run girl.
Standing here at the home plate.
