Hello everyone,
My friend, co-writer and award winning singer, SHAUN MURPHY, is up for R&B song of the year, with my song, ":CAN'T BLAME NOBODY" and four other awards on the "INDEPENDENT BLUES AWARDS." If you'd like to hear it and see many other blues and R&B singers, I'd appreciate it if you'd take a look and vote if you are so inclined. Shaun is a well known singer, for LITTLE FEAT and BOB SEEGER, and I've been working with her for a few years. She cut two of my songs, on her current CD. Thanks.

Hey MAB, I can't find a way to listen to the song at that link.
I may or may not be an enigma

Hey Gavin. I'm sorry, thats the only link I have and the one that has worked for me. It is a bit of an odd contest, in that to listen, you have to go through numerous pages and other types of things in order to get to what you are going for. Sorry it's not working for you. Other people have not had the problem but it could be different results for different people. Thanks for trying.

Still can't find my way to the song. The closest I got was to click on Click HERE to VOTE NOW. That takes me to some sort of survey, which is presumably how you vote. There is no way to get past the first category without voting and no apparent way to have your vote registered. Maybe you need to be signed up and logged in? Not that there's any obvious way to do that either. I don't think this website design would win any awards LOL.
I did a little YouTube mining and I think this might be the song
I also found some other bloke performing it here. He looks vaguely familiar.
If I ever figure out how to vote for it at that site, I'll do so 🙂

Hey Gavin, yeah I had the same problems. Actually voting is the only way to be able to listen to the song. And you have to vote on 27 categories. And the way the vote is is a white dot IN FRONT of the artist's pictures. It seems to be a way to get people to go to all of the people's web sites. Not something that I liked But to just hear the song, the way you did it there is the best way. Thanks for trying.
