Which to thank for my good luck.
I beat cancer twice survived
Been free since twenty oh nine.
I’ve stopped often
And often thought.
Am I plain lucky
Or saved by God.
A few times I avoided death
Drove my van through a dead end
Did a full spin after I swerved
No one there rounding the curve

A close friend had her life ru’ned
A son was taken far too soon
People who know , know I was
Faithful to here not the above
