it's the reaper calling
a slow reminder of
how fragile life can be
the best of wishes
i'm not superstitious
that light in the tunnel
is the train coming for me

yea' whatever
i've got nothing clever to say
come whenever
same old news as yesterday
it's too late now for me
to change my ways

hope for the best
but expect the rest
life is an exercise
in duality
be the man with the plan
or his biggest fan
whatever makes you smile
in your reality

That's a fantastic lyric. I like the more strident, militant JAPOV, but this more quietly contemplative version is the goods! So tight. Not a wasted line or word.
