Ha. I saw this lyric in an email notification and knew immediately who had written it.
It's really good. Definitely your kind of theme - they're all lying to me - with which I don't necessarily agree, but as usual you express things I don't agree with so well 🙂 Not a word wasted. Every line interesting. I love the "Fishlips in the aquarium" line. A TV screen is kind of like an aquarium. Having said that, I'm not sure how you can see her shoes LOL. Or are you just assuming she's wearing high heels.
This feels like the kind of song that just kind of happens to you as you observe something. But you have to be the kind of person that songs can just kind of happen to. 🙂 Few people are.

Lol... What happened is I was channel surfing, and every place I landed had some Botox queen with way too much makeup trying to squeeze her point through her permanent pucker without her face cracking!
