This probably sucks, but I've been running into issues with writing recently so I figured I may as well force myself to finish something. Idk, it's weird

Interesting Times

I wake up

With that warm fuzzy feeling

I'm so full of ideas

That I gotta start spitting em

And breakup

With the asymptotic me

And then I'm bleeding for no reason

But I guess that's how its gotta be

To raise up

My mental game to play at the pace that I need to make

My menial case

I'm a mental case in point some days

I hate my brain

try to tolerate but I can barely take

All the games I play if I could go away

Just to take a break from my mental space

Then hey maybe I'd come back someday but it's safe to say I've gotta ride this wave

I can drown if I don't or try get to a place

where my words all rhyme

But attest to a light

that don't beget

The sunrise

Cuz it's 12:53

And dark outside

Been on hold since nine

Just to hear you lie

Somehow I'm still surprised

You'd didn't take the line

You never take the line but I guess that's fine

The sun will always rise

And every storm will die

And every tear will dry

Some days I hate the way

I can't not have something to say

And fake like ghosts don't haunt my dreams and I never lie

That I've got so much to say but I'm not playing games we're not the same if I could find some way to take like half my brain and lock it away

I'm not sure I'd ever see the day

That I'd plug it back in

To say what?

That I wake some days and I hate my face?

And I know the emptiness you're feeling

I felt that lack of hope in leaving

I've met the ghosts that haunt the dreams you'd rather lie awake than be in

And the sun will always rise

And every tear will dry
