Hello Larry, I believe there is the possibility for a good song in this lyric.  We all have had some one in our lives who we had these feelings for at one time or another.  Would this lyric attract a larger audience if the singer went deeper into his/her feelings if "everything" were given specific impressions, acts, dreams, or memories your audience could relate to?  This is just my opinion only, and may not work with what you want, however "everything" seems to be too generic.  Good luck and best wishes,
