Two minutes till war.
Two minutes for praying
But god knows what for?
Armageddon is coming
Headed our way.
It's as it was written
Back in the day.
Tick tock the clocks ticking
About to chime.
Can't reset it.
We're out of time.
One push of the button
Dominoes fall.
Nuclear holocaust
Destroys it all.
No armies no tanks.
No jet fighter planes.
Just the blast the flash
The great waves of flame.
Hurricane winds
Hot as the sun.
No place to hide.
No place to run.
Two minutes till midnight.
Two minutes till war.
Two minutes for praying
But god knows what for?

The equation is simple..
God creates the earth/God creates us in His own image and gives us complete dominion over the earth/In arrogance, we turn away from God in service to ourselves = Armageddon
God's promise is to put an END to Armageddon and those who would destroy the earth...
The meek inherit the earth.

I really like it! The rhymes are very good and the text is very thoughtful in the current situation.
