Wrote this today, I think it's pretty neat, lyrically! Hope ya like it
Believe in You
Maybe I'm too prone to thinking
Thoughtful of intent and reason
Every word I hear you speaking
Off the cuff devoid of meaning
Can’t see yet perceiving
Themes of dreams
you’ve even been in
Know there’s no such thing as rage
Til you've lost something you needed
No, I don't believe in lying
And I believe you do
Don't foresee me ever trying
To see the way you do
Like a crocodile crying
At it's empathetic food
No I don't believe in lying
So why would I believe in you
If I'm too prone to seeing
Happenstance as having reason
Why can't I believe in
Half the crazy shit I'm reading
Can't breathe and now we're bleeding
Shifting revelation season seeding
Scenes of sudden rage
Before we lose something we needed
