The Little Red Caboose
I miss that little red caboose.
What ever happen to the little caboose.
I miss waving at the back of the train.
Even standing in the rain.

I sure miss that little caboose.
Bring back that little caboose.
Please CNR bring back that caboose.
It was Nov.14 1989 they got rid of the caboose.
I use to give food to the brakeman and conductor.
Me and my sister Brenda wave to them all the time.

I miss the little red caboose.
Please Mr. Prime Minister bring back the little red caboose.
So my grandchildren and great grandchildren
Can wave at them too.
The flagman rode the caboose too.
We would wave at them as they stood on the back
What fond memories we had when the caboose was still around.
For 60 years that caboose stayed on track.

Please I'm pleading you to bring back that little red caboose.
I sure miss the little red caboose.
Maybe we could bring them back for all the new children
Who has never seen a little red caboose.
