That Ain't My Grandpa
Grandpa laid in his coffin...
grandpa felt so cold.
Grandpa please wake up.
Grandpa open your eyes....
That ain't the grandpa I use to know.
He carried me on his shoulder.
He spoke about the good old days
I thought he was the best
No grandpa ever came close.
That ain't my grandpa laying there.
My granpa was alive and lively.
No that ain't my grandpa laying there
Don't tell me that's my Grandpa
That ain't the Grandpa I use to know
He was always laughing at my jokes
I remember the time he thought I said
My brains were resting he laughed
Grandpa is resting beneath the ground
Someday I'll get to see him again
We'll walk on golden streets
Oh Grandpa I miss you so
