Your just staring at the moon.
With tears running down your face.
Thinking of him and little Jimmy.
Your just staring at the moon.
It was such a long time ago.
But every night your staring at the moon.
Your just wishing that soon.
You will get to join them.
Beyound the golden gate up there.
And your still staring at the moon.
Wishing that God would take you away.
While you keep staring at the moon.
Your just staring at the moon.
Crying your eyes out...
While you keep staring at the moon.
All these years have been torture.
Thinking of the way it use to be.
