Self Inflicted

I cut myself this morning.
To see if I was living.
The blood poured out.
But I did'nt feel a thing.
No pain no gain.

Looking out at the pouring rain.
Asking myself If I'm insane...
Sitting by my window pane....
Watching the man walking with his cane.
He fell down and I didn't feel his pain.

Mid afternoon working in the yard.
Wonder if I have a full deck of cards.
Cranked up the chainsaw with no guard.
So I think I'll just kindly disregard.
Cut my hand off and feeling like a tard.

Warning now don't do this at home.
It may inflict injuries.
To yourself and others.
