My daughter came home from school
I asked her what she learned that day....
This is what she had to say to me
She went to the fridge for something cool
Then she just started rattling away
Said they learnt about recycling.
How good it is for the environment.
And an essay about recycling.
Was tonight's homework assignment

Decided to go to my Daughters Science Fair.
Upon the wall she had a poster...
Titled recycle love good for the environment.
She crossed out all the hurting words..
Like bringing up the past words like jealousy.
Pride,control and abuse were all crossed out too.

Kindness respect love and commitment.
Across the way there was my wife.
With tears in our eyes we ran and hugged each other.
We learned that you can recycle love.
All it took was a special little girl to recycle love.
