I only wish you were a little girl again.
I want to tell you some bedtime stories.
I want to tuck you in again......
And hear your prayers once more.
Yeah I only wish once more time.
I only wish you were a little girl again.
To see your first Christmas once more.
To watch you go to school on your first day.
To watch you play with your first puppy.
That would be so nice to see once more.
I only wish you wee a little girl again.
To see you take your first steps once more.
To see you take your first bike ride.
And to hear you laugh again......
Yeah I only wish it would happen once more.
