someone was wanting to see some of my gospel songs I wrote here's one awaiting to be recorded
"3 Nails Plus 1 Cross Equals 4given"
They drove 1 in his left hand, 1 in his right
and then 1 in his feet ,which were bound tight,
he gave up his life for us, he shared his father's love
and when you see the total, it jus adds up
(chorus)
3 Nails plus 1 cross equals 4given
that's jus how it all, adds up
when Jesus was crucified it was his mission
when Jesus was crucified the debt was applied

A crowd stood around him ,a crowed amazed
how could they destroy, the one who saves
the skies turned darker and the winds increased
and within an instant 3 souls were released(deceased)

I'm not the best one to comment on religious songs, as I'm not the target market, but one thing I noticed is that the title/hook reads like something you would see on a sign outside a church. That has to be a good thing, doesn't it?

yes I have couple more songs like that were inspired by my preacher, who I wrote a song about , it's on my SC called Pastor Steve

I'm no stranger to the inside of a church, Tony, or to the scriptures.
But let's not go off on a tangent away from the discussion of the song. One day, you and I will talk about life's mysteries over a beer LOL.

Gavin my ancestors came from Scotland , had castles there and a few were preachers and they came to USA lived in NC , Virginia . I have traced my heritage back to 200
