OK, no menu. But what about, either:

A "Go To Top" button at the end (after  the "ADD REPLY" section?) or

Fix the title bar where it doesn't scroll off, and put a "Back To Top" button there?

I'll look into it Phil. It's a bit complicated because in the forum part of the site I'm not working directly in Wordpress. If I find a way to do it, I will. Are you viewing the forum on a computer or a phone?

On my laptop. I don't have the patience to use my phone! In fact, I didn't even realize you were designing the site to work on a smart phone. I have little to no experience designing/building web sites, but I have written a few apps for my Android, using Android Studio and Java.

Gavin Ole Buddy.  I think that is a great suggestion and it would save my carrier pigeons a lot of effort having to fly back to the top of the page before they can take off on their journey.  Thanks.

OD, I have not yet found a way to do this so, for the time being, "menu at the bottom" will have to continue to refer to the syrup covered one you don't realize you've sat on at Denny's until the waitress points it out as you're leaving.

The simpliest way to "go to the top" is push the "Home" button on the keyboard...

You can use Home, end, pgup & pgdn to move quickly in a page.
