Almost Fifty Years
It's been almost fifty years.
And my heart still belongs to you.
I still hold hands with you.
I belong to you and you belong to me.
It's been almost fifty years.

And it still feels so right.
The memories are still alive.

You know... My parents have been together 55yrs. I always expected to have a relationship like that myself... Statistically a rare thing I suppose.

More and more so these days. Too easy for people to walk away. I got 36 years and still going. Have to be friends as well as lovers!
